This policy applies to services booked or paid for through Canada Powerhouse Legacy Inc., including Legacy Vows & Tributes ceremony services. Some services may have additional written terms provided at the time of booking.
Submitting payment does not by itself guarantee a requested ceremony date, time or location. A booking is confirmed only after Canada Powerhouse Legacy Inc. confirms availability and the booking details with you.
To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details on this website and include your name, service booked and booking or payment reference. We will confirm the cancellation in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on the service, the stage of work already completed, costs already incurred, and any written terms agreed at booking. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. PayPal processing or third-party charges that cannot be recovered may be deducted where permitted by law.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a rescheduling request, subject to availability. A change of date, time or location may result in additional travel, rehearsal or service charges where applicable.
If we cannot provide a confirmed service for reasons within our control, we will offer a reasonable alternative, rescheduling option, or an appropriate refund for the portion of the service that cannot be supplied.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian or Ontario consumer-protection law.
