These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to enquiries, bookings and purchases made with Canada Powerhouse Legacy Inc. Additional service-specific terms may also be provided and, where accepted, form part of your agreement with us.
We aim to keep service descriptions, pricing and availability accurate. We may correct errors, update information or change services where reasonably necessary. Prices shown as “+ HST” are subject to applicable tax.
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. For date-based services, including ceremonies, the requested date, time and location are confirmed only after we accept the booking. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and event information.
Online payments may be processed through PayPal. By paying through PayPal, you also agree to PayPal's applicable user and payment terms. We do not store your full PayPal account credentials or card details on this website.
Ceremony package inclusions are based on the package selected at booking. Travel, extra ceremony time, witnesses, rehearsals and other additions may carry separate charges where stated or quoted. Marriage-licence and legal requirements remain the responsibility of the couple unless a service description expressly says otherwise.
Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy and any service-specific written terms accepted at booking.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with normal operation, or submit unlawful, fraudulent or abusive material through website forms.
Unless otherwise stated, website branding, text, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Canada Powerhouse Legacy Inc. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
The website may use or link to third-party services, including PayPal. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada.
